Due to the instant-access, non-tangible nature of our digital products (e-books, presets, guides, templates, etc.), all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
However, if you experience technical issues with accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist in resolving the issue or provide a replacement.

Booking deposits for photography services are non-refundable as they secure your session date and time. However, deposits may be applied to a rescheduled session if you notify us at least 14 days prior to the original session date.
